Summary of the project

With a vision to deliver prompt, top-tier customer support to its partners and empower staff to efficiently achieve this, Medisca prioritized automating operations across its sales, service, and marketing departments. The goal was to replace five core systems used daily by employees with a single pharmaceutical CRM software tool.  

While centralizing all business processes and automating the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments, Medisca wanted to ensure deep integration with the corporate ERP system. Additionally, reporting capabilities for management were identified as a priority. 

The international leader in pharma compounding chose Creatio to accelerate their operations, increase market share with existing partners, and boost revenue per employee.
